Project Overview

In May 2025 Summit Property Maintenance Ltd, trading as Summit Projects, was appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver large-scale window and door replacement works at Ovaltine Court, a multi-block residential estate of 210 privately owned and occupied apartments.

The project required full access provision, manufacture and installation of new UPVC windows and doors, together with the removal and compliant disposal of existing timber units to all dwellings. The scheme was delivered under a JCT Minor Works 2016 contract using a phased approach to maintain resident safety, security and normal operation of the buildings.

The works were completed over a 30-week programme, achieving Practical Completion on time and within the agreed budget.

Successful replacement of all timber windows and doors with modern, high-performance UPVC and commercial door systems to 210 occupied apartments.
